X本团队主要科研方向为胃肠道肿瘤发病和治疗的分子机制。所研究的课题主要集中在:慢性炎症在胃肠道肿瘤发生发展中的作用;结直肠癌肿瘤免疫微环境的调控机制及新型治疗靶点的选择。主持多项国家自然科学基金和北京市自然科学基金项目研究。这些研究聚集前沿,基础与临床相结合,研究成果具有较强的创新性,为探寻结直肠癌免疫治疗新策略提供了理论依据,具有临床转化价值。
